Reinova Partners is building a new renewable power platform with differentiated operating capabilities in Ireland. Lirion Power was established by acquiring gross 166 MW of mid-life operating wind assets in Ireland and forming a new management team to execute value creation through co-located new build of additional renewable capacity, re-contracting existing PPAs and in the long-term, repowering of existing sites. Lirion Power is owned in partnership with HitecVision and Reinova’s investment was funded in partnership with a leading U.S. university endowment co-investor.
