→ David brings over 25 years of experience in energy, cleantech, and industrial finance, having held senior financial leadership roles across both private and public companies. Prior to Divert, he co-founded and served as Chief Financial Officer of G2X Energy Inc., a methanol project developer backed by Proman Group, and was previously Chief Financial Officer of Accelergy Corporation, a synthetic fuels cleantech start-up commercialising advanced fuel technologies licensed from ExxonMobil.

→ Earlier in his career, David held senior finance and corporate development roles at Synthesis Energy Systems, The New Power Company (an Enron Corp. affiliate), and General Motors, where he launched the GM Fuel Cells and Distributed Generation business unit.
