Jeremy Smith has 25 years experience of energy transition and private markets. He is the founder of Blue Deer Partners, a specialist fundraising advisor to blue-chip sustainability GPs/LPs, and senior advisor to EIP (energy transition technology investor).

Previously Jeremy led fundraising for sustainability strategies at Rede Partners, a global placement agent, and co-founded Berkeley Energy (renewable energy GP). Jeremy is also a co-founder of CDP, an environmental data disclosure platform for institutional investors supported by $130trn of AUM, and a founding advisor to Oxford University’s environment school.
