→ Neil has 19 years of infrastructure investing and mergers and acquisitions experience. Neil joined Reinova in 2025 with responsibility for North America investments.

→ Prior to Reinova, Neil spent 15 years with Macquarie Asset Management (“MAM”) and worked on a number of transactions across the infrastructure space, initially starting with the firm’s London office with a focus on the European power and utilities sector including the acquisition of Open Grid Europe, the German gas transmission system operator, as well as investments in the UK and European electricity generation sectors.

→ Neil transferred to New York in 2014 to join the MAM North America team, where, as Managing Director, he specialised in power and utilities, renewable energy and waste and environmental infrastructure investments. Transaction experience during his time there includes Cleco Corporation, the Bayonne Energy Centre, Lordstown Energy Centre, WIN Waste Innovation, Broadrock Renewables, Aquarion Water Company and Cyrq Energy. Neil served as a Director on the boards of WIN Waste Innovations, Lagoon Water Midstream, Cyrq Energy and Broadrock Renewables.

→ Neil was also formerly a senior member of the investment team at Basalt Infrastructure Partners in New York and was on the Board of Directors of Helios Power, a distributed solar generation portfolio.

→ Neil holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Warwick with joint Honors in Mathematics and Economics and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
