→ James joined Reinova in March 2026 as Reinova’s full time Chief Financial Officer. James oversees Finance, Operations, and Compliance at Reinova. He is responsible for the firm’s financial reporting and regulatory frameworks, including tax structuring, debt financing, and managing external service provider relationships. James also provides strategic financial and operational support to Reinova’s portfolio companies.

→ Previously, James was CFO for Blossom Capital LLP, an independent Venture Capital fund advisor with over $1.5 billion in assets under management, where he held responsibility for all aspects of finance across their Funds and portfolio. 

→ Prior to that, James was Head of Finance for iCON Infrastructure LLP, an independent investment group with over $12 billion AUM, focused on infrastructure investments in Europe and North America. James was primarily focused on administration, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and valuations across iCON’s funds.

→ James qualified as a chartered accountant in the infrastructure audit team at KPMG and then worked in the infrastructure team at 3i.  He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a BSc in Natural Sciences (University of Durham).
